What To Know
✓ New patients:— always welcome! If it's your first appointment with us, you may be asked to complete a New Patient Registration Form when booking. Please arrive 10 minutes early with your Medicare card, photo ID and a list of any current medications.
✓ One booking per person:— each appointment covers one patient. Book separately (or book a double appointment) if family members also need to be seen.
✓ Need more time?— Request a longer appointment for care plans, mental health consultations, minor procedures, skin checks, medicals and paperwork . If need help discuss it with our friendly recieption team.
✓ Running late / cancelling:— if you can’t make your appointment, please call us as early as possible so another patient can take your place.
✓ Results, scripts & referrals:a consultation is required for all results, repeat prescriptions and referrals — our reception team cannot give results over the phone.
✓ Telehealth: Telehealth consultations are available for existing patients — please check your eligibility with reception before booking an appointment. You can contact our reception team on (07) 5222 7117 during opening hours.
Bulk Billed
All Medicare-eligible consultations are bulk billed for valid Medicare card holders — no out-of-pocket cost for most standard GP visits.
